Mission 317 Report
August 2014

This is a report for Mission 317 by Grace on Wings.

Departure:  Lincoln, Nebraska

Arrival:  Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina

Date:  August 14, 2014

Mission #317 “Victor”

“Victor” is 20 year old who suffered from severe traumatic brain injury while a student in Lincoln, NE in June, 2014.

Grace on Wings was able to transfer him to Raleigh, NC for rehabilitation August 14, 2014 at WakeMed. The flight crew consisted of Hal Blank, Anna Nguya Matt Guy & John Hannigan.
High wispy clouds punctuated a mild azure sky. Pete drove the medical crew to Madonna long-term rehabilitation hospital, the leading hospital of its type in central Nebraska.
We got Victor to the airport where Hal took a few moments to pray for God’s Will and Healing touch for Victor. His parents, “Ken” and “Mary” later met him, traveling together.

After meeting nurses, the case manager, and the respiratory therapist, we also met Dr. O’Brien who examined Victor. John prayed for God’s will to heal and to support his family.

With the continued support of our members of 400 Ropes, our office crew support, our many volunteers, we were allowed to serve another family in Jesus’ name.

Please pray for “Victor” and his parents as he begins a new phase of rehabilitation.
