Margret M was joined by Hal Blank, Mike Anderson, Matt Guy, registered nurse, John Hannigan, registered respiratory therapist and Chelsea Engle, student nurse on this Saturday mission to bring her closer to family in Philadelphia.
Hal prayed for the crew and for God’s blessing as we flew to Dayton, OH, arriving about 10 AM. The staff at Miami Valley Hospital said “Good-bye” and her son, Bill followed us to the Cox Airport. Hal said a brief prayer of thanksgiving and blessing on the tarmac.
We arrived in Philadelphia, making our way along busy boulevards into the City. Margret’s other son, Bob, met us at Kindred Hospital Philly, where we also met Joe, respiratory therapist, and Barb, RN. Matt Guy led a prayer of thanksgiving for a successful trip and for Margaret’s life and her care.
It was great to have extra hands aboard to serve this family. We love having the continuing support of board members, volunteers, & office staff as we show “Christ’s love through aviation.”
