Mission 158 Mission 157 | View All Mission Reports | Mission 159 Departure: Arrival: Date: Mission Report Grace on Wings was able to serve a fellow worker in Christ-Mr K-a pastor who is 78 years old and has a wonderful ministry of caring for college kids who come to the US from other countries to the University of Syracuse. He was supposed to give a sermon in Peoria but came down with pneumonia and ended up on life support after he stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest last month. I can honestly say he was one of the sickest patients we have had. But after 4 weeks in the Illinois hospital ICU, we were able to come get him. We originally planned to fly him upstate NewYork where his Nursing home was, but due to rain and fog in the mountainous area, Hal decided it was too dangerous to fly into and we diverted to Syracuse. I feel that was in God’s plan because when we landed, he was too sick to take to the nursing home and we had to bring him to the local hospital. Good thing was his family who were from Syracuse were able to come be beside him. I know our God is a big God and He can do miraculous things! Mr K is still in ICU on ventilator. Their family asks for prayer for Mr K to be healed and for the “right” hands to care for him. Thanks for Matt, Rusty, Hal and Bob for serving this wonderful man of God. Tam
