Mission 134 Mission 133 | View All Mission Reports | Mission 135 Departure: Arrival: Date: Mission Report At around 9:45 AM Nellie flew from Indianapolis to Lafayette, IN to pick up Frederick R. who is 66 years old and was in Lafayette for a wedding when he became ill with the onset of pain which is linked to an old motor vehicle accident he had in 2000. Frederick was admitted to St. Elizabeth Hospital for acute lower back and hip pain that has not improved with treatment. Frederick is from Jasper, GA and was transferred home where he will continue therapy and be surrounded by is family and friends. Flight crew for this mission was Pilot Hal Blank, Tami Blank, PA-C, and Glenn Duthie, EMT-P God Bless, Hal Blank
