Grace on Wings uses 2 customized Mitsubishi MU-2B Turboprop airplanes affectionately named “Nellie”and “Abe”. The MU-2B Turboprop can cruise at a speed of 380 mph.
Nellie and Abe are both equipped with the following medical equipment:
• Lifeport or Med-Pac Air-Ambulance Systems
• Oxygen
• Oxygen Saturation Monitor
• Cardiac Monitor
• Blood Pressure Monitor
• Suction
• AED
• Nebulizer
• IV Fluids
• Defibrillator
• Baby Pod
• Ventilator
Our pilot has specialized MU-2 training and has over 8000 flight hours. We always staff our aircraft with two fully trained medical crew members.
Grace on Wings is certified by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) commission and is a member of the Air Medical Physician Association (AMPA) and the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS
Grace On Wings is a non-profit public charity organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) that provides charity air ambulance services within the United States and is based out of the Indy South Greenwood Airport.
Grace On Wings is a member of The Air Medical Physician Association (AMPA), The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), and The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).
Grace on Wings is certified by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) commission.
