Hal Blank, CEO, Chief Pilot

Army-trained pilot with over 4,000 flight hours.  Flew as commercial pilot for Eastern, and has had prior AirCharter company.  Also Army-trained as an Orthopaedic Physician Assistant and has held both occupations concurrently now wanting to use all his gifts for God’s glory in our ministry.

With over 25 years experience in emergency medicine and devoting a large amount of his time and energy to missions to Peru and other countries, he is a true servant of Christ.

Tamara Blank, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapist

ER Physician Assistant with ACLS and PALS certification. Experience in Orthopaedic trauma surgery and physical therapy. Has been in medicine 17 years and wishes to use all her skills for God’s glory in our ministry.

Roger Booth, Chief Financial Officer

MBA, CPA has offered business accounting and tax prep services for over 25 years. He is a devout follower of Christ and wishes to use his gifts to further God's Kingdom and we are thankful to have a wise businessman on staff in our ministry.

Mike Meister

Mike Meister, Director of Operations

Works as a Corporate Aircraft Service Support Manager for Rolls-Royce Corporation.  He is also a commercial pilot with a flight instructor’s certificate.  His love for the Lord and flying has led him to further God’s kingdom by using his gifts in this ministry.

James F. Bleeke

James F. Bleeke, Legal Council

Jim attempts to use the wisdom of the Bible whenever appropriate in his litigation practice. Jim believes that the concept of "loving your enemies" actually works quite well even in the context of litigation, and wants to use his gifts for God's glory in this ministry.
